Wordly Ring
An interesting thought came to me the other day: What is the point of Arguing (especially politically) if neither party is going to change their views?
Then I realized something else, I love arguing. I would rather debate someone than throw snowballs at them. I think this notion comes from the fact that I have always been the smallest kid in my grade so the only fights I would win would be those of wit and words. And there I found my answer:
We do not debate to change another's point of view (I'm speaking soly about someone who is completely opposite of your view and has little or no change of "seeing the light") but rather to strengthen your own.
And I don't believe in lost causes so you never know, get them in the wordly ring, and you might just knock some sense into them.
